One Randy Joe Fullerton Esq. (??) must have thought he’d died and gone to heaven in that company!
Great video clip - thoroughly enjoyed that whilst my family were watching The Spice Girls on Children in Need!!
Seeing a younger Hubert Sumlin reminded me of the story that Mojo Buford told me when he was over in 2005. He was apparently present when Hubert, who had defected to Muddy Waters, decided that he’d made a mistake and sent a message to The Wolf saying that he wanted to return. The Wolf then turned up at a Muddy gig and when he saw Hubert smacked him one right in the chops! According to Mojo …
” Hubert went one way and his two front teeth went the other !!”
Mojo by the way is back for his final UK tour in April 2008. There will be a number of gigs in the area so watch this space.
