The Jake Walker Band
at the Liverpool Marina
Thursday 6th November 2008 (doors open at 8pm)

Jake Walker is a New York based blues guitar player, singer, and songwriter.  His electic influences include Stax soul, Chicago blues, and New Orleans R&B.  All of these can be heard on his great new CD “Confidence Man”.
During recent tours across Europe, he has built up a real following with his unique and powerful take on the blues.  He will be accompanied on his UK tour by the Leeds based blues band, Crosscut Saw.  They are a well established three piece original blues band, consisting of powerful front man Alex Eden on vocals, electric guitar, and harmonica, Richard Ferdinando on drums, and Tim Crawley on bass.

Liverpool Marina is situated at Coburg Wharf, Sefton Street, Liverpool L3 4BP.
Tickets for the concert (£10 each advance, £11 door)) are obtainable from John Welsh on 0151 428 2855 or e-mail:
