Looks like there is a documentary on it’s way on the great Paul Butterfield. When I listen to American harp players over the years there is a clear line of players influenced by Paul Butterfield you can hear the Butter straight away. Butterfield was a great player and sang very well also.
Butterfield 545 mikes still sell for a fortune.
I look forward to this being picked up by BBC 4. A Butterfield night would be ace.
