Junkhouse Dog 1

Junkhouse Dog + Crossfire
True Blues Club
21st August 2010

A short review of last week’s gig from Graham Woodhouse

What a fantastic night we had once again. Dave was back from his hols so Crossfire went to town with a wonderful 70 min set! The lads are absolutely amazing, putting four new tracks in each month and never repeating a track from the last month. All credit to them, Steve and I wish them well for their gigs at Colne.

Junkhouse Dog took to the stage and simply blew the place apart! Luke, with his bandolier of “Gob Irons” richly deserves his accolade of “Blues Harp Player of the Year” for the second year running, and lo and behold he can sing as well!

Two terrific sets of Blues that melted your heart that seemed to flash by had the True Blues Club audience crying out for more!

Needless to say, four of the audience were overheard making plans to go to Colne on Friday night to see him again.
