BOOZIE WOOZIE BAND
MIRTH MAYHEM AND LOT’S OF MUSIC
Andy Stones “MR ENTERTAINMENT” a genius on the electric piano, also lead vocal, entertained the crowd with his band and gave an array of music stretching over several decades .
If you like the Blues and a splash of Rock and Roll, or a slice of Jazz/Swing, then you were in for a treat. Music from Fats Domino, Ray Charles, Jerry Lee Lewis and everything in between. Something for every taste here.
The play list was thrown out of the window. Andy played anything with a flick of his fingers and a nod to the band. Just terrific showmanship.
This is a band of very talented musicians – that is beyond any doubt. On lead guitar was the superb Paul Kister. Impromptu playing at its best – a very busy musician indeed.
On the double bass and backing vocal was Horace Dogson. Another great musician and a faultless performance.
The Timekeeper on this occasion was the one and only Rick Lacey, he can play his drums to any genre of music and he is an integral part of any band’s rhythm section.
With this huge amount of musical talent on displayed, this band are well worth a look.
