This trio of blues musicians have been together for 14 years and Colin Walker has been the bands front man, lead guitarist and lead vocalist for all that time. The band is based in Stockport, Greater Manchester and are very busy gigging in their own backyard, so it was a privilege to hear them perform in Chorley  at The Minstrel- -the audience thought so too they got a great reception.

Colin puts his heart and soul into his beloved blues he played out of his skin. With a gifted voice that just lends itself to the blues genre and wicked in the guitar department he can do no wrong. The bands rhythm section was on fire, steadying the ship with controlled power, the booming rock solid bass guitar of Arthur Cowdrey and the busy drums of Mark Isherwood, superb.

Jeff Levy Makor not for the first time came as guest guitarist he has known the band for years. A guitarist again of the highest calibre he brings to the table a free style Santana feel to compliment the band, exquisite. The band’s first set included cover from The Allman Brothers Band, Bad Company, Howlin’ Wolf, Bobby Charles, Free, Jimi Hendrix.

The second set the band delivered covers from Ten Years After, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Fleetwood Mac, Santana, BB King and Neil Young. This was a show to savour  – a great night of the blues – brilliant.
