An explosive blues/rock ‘double header’ coming up at Telford’s Warehouse, Chester:

Having made a statement of intent with their stunning all original debut album ‘The Radium’, followed by a series of high profile shows with legends such as Michael Schenker, Uriah Heep, Johnny Winter and Wilko Johnson, Virgil The Accelerators are now establishing themselves as one of the UK’s premier exponents of young high energy Blues. April 2013 saw the release of  ‘Live From Marshall’ a spectacular DVD capture of their stunning live sold out show at the holy grail of sound ‘Marshall Amplification’.

Xander and the Peace Pirates are a testament to musical integrity and personal strength. Combining soul, blues and rock, and growing their fan base through inspired songwriting and memorable performances, brothers Keith and Stu were discovered on YouTube by Gibson Brands CEO Henry Juszkiewicz. Performing for Gibson at international events, the band caught the attention of not just an ever-growing number of fans but also industry legends like Eddie Kramer (Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Kiss, the Stones)—who was so smitten by their music he offered to produce the band’s first album.

With haunting riffs, genius melodies, and star-quality charisma, Xander and the Peace Pirates continue to share their musical passion to standing ovations—while spreading a universal message of peace, love and harmony.
