Roots and Fusion Radio

There is a new radio show broadcast from Stockport but also available streaming online.  I got the following message from Rick Stuart.

There is now a Roots & Fusion show on Stockport’s Pure Radio 107.8fm which goes out at the prime time slot of 1 a.m. sat night / sun morning. It covers Blues as well as Celtic and World Folk. The show is available online at www.pureradio.org.uk as a live stream, but not yet as a podcast. If you listen and enjoy, please email the station to ask them to put it on earlier…

The show has recently included tracks from artists as diverse as John Fairhurst, Aynsley Lister, Alexis Korner, Oli Brown, Joanne Shaw Taylor, Rory Gallagher, Walter Horton, T-Bone Walker, Tony Joe White, Walter Trout, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Earl Hooker, Bonnie Raitt, Chris Smither, Little Axe, Chris Whitley, etc, etc
