A cracking night’s entertainment by this four-piece blues band from the Shrewsbury area, as they gave a blues show to be remembered. Andi Jones on lead vocals had the time of her life, getting down to a selection of blues covers and performing “Crazy Kitten Blues” – an original number penned by the band from their album of the same name.

The rhythm section of Dermot Hall on drums and Pete Betts on bass guitar drove the band on with a performance as tight as Dermot’s snare drum, such is their individual talents as musicians. On lead guitar the new addition to the band, from Harrogate, Phil Dean –  he has fitted right in and has been with the band now since January this year. He is a massive talent indeed, a name to remember, and he made it look so easy – his rendition of “Little Wing”, the classic Hendrix number was superb, and” Hoochie Coochie Man” was terrific.

The whole night was a success from start to finish playing at this prestigious venue, a shrine to the blues, that made it a momentous occasion.
